TAX RETURNS

Services

Our tax return services include so much more than just an accurate and completed tax return. It's the process, tools, and resources used to preare your tax return that will ensure you pay the least amount of tax in accordance with federal and state tax laws. Your tax return will be prepared by an Enrolled Agent or CPA. These tax professionals have the education, credentials, and tax knowledge that are essential to preparing a complete and accurate tax return.

Here is how we do it:

Tools

Your information is entered in our tax software. We have the best commercial tax software available. The software is updated daily with all tax law changes made by the IRS and each state. The software ensures there are no mathematical errors and that all required information is complete. It checks hundreds of anomalies to ensure nothing is missed.

The software is directly linked to your secure private portal. The secure private portal is used to pass documents and sensitive information back and forth. It eliminates the possibility of a breach of any personal identifying information and keeps your information secure.

Resources

Once the initial tax return is complete and all system validations of the tax data is passed, a review of tax laws are done. The tax code is exhaustive and constantly changing. Each tax return is unique and requires a tax professional to know all the tax codes involved on each tax return. This is why we will review the tax codes that apply to your tax return just to double check that we are in compliance with all federal and state tax laws.

We rely heavily on our experience and knowledge of the information. However, this is sometimes not enough. We have an internal tax database designed to review specific tax laws quickly. Sometimes it's necessary to use outside resources to review very unique and complex situations. In those cases we will review the actual Internal Revenue Code, federal tax regulations, previous IRS rulings, and tax court cases. We also reach out to other tax professionals who are members of the National Association of Tax Professionals and National Enrolled Agents Association.

Review

Yes, the software has already reviewed the data and we've already reviewed the tax laws and data as well. We want to make sure everything is done right the first time, so we will review it again! We will do a manual review of your tax return. There are some things a software just can't catch. We want to ensure we haven't transposed numbers, enterd data in the wrong field, and the list goes on and on. Sometimes taking a step back and looking at the tax return as a whole will help to catch these types of errors. As a final precaution, we ask the client to review the tax return as well before it's actually e-filed.

Customer Service

This is one of our highest priorities, second only to the quality of our work. We want to ensure your are highly statisfied with our services. Your tax return will be prepared by the same tax professional from start to finish. We do not pass your tax return off to another person. You will be in direct contact with your Enrolled Agent or CPA and can contact them anytime during the process.

We believe in transparency and will give you as much details as possible during the process. Your completed tax return will be explained to you in detail and will answer any questions. We do not accept payment until you are satisfied with your tax return.
